Paul is already listed as an ERC referral but I wanted to add to his expertise and response. I called Paul back in Sept-09 with a roof leak during a heavy storm. He called me back from Galveston in a few hours as he was working with the folks there after the hurricane. He asked specific details about the problem and, in order to save me money, he recommended his partner who does easier jobs on the weekend to earn extra money. Then he would not have to pay an entire crew. I liked the idea ..his partner showed up that Saturday but the roof slope/access was to high for his ladder. He let me know this and then the crew came out on Monday morning to fix the roof. They also checked all of the flashing and fixed a few potential problems.
About 1 month later I called Paul with another roof leak. I was not sure which flashings his crew had worked on the first time. He sent a crew the next day and fixed the leak at no charge.
2 things impressed me:
1. He offered a less costly choice to fix the roof up-front which added to his credibility.
2. He came back after 1 month and fixed a leak for free. He stood by his work.
I highly recommend them for roofing repairs.
