He is a Plano native and is very knowledgeable about appliance repairs. My washer would not "spin" anymore and he advised over the phone that he was 90% sure that a coupling probably broke from my description of the problem. He was correct. He checked everything else out before repairing it to make sure that the motor, transmission, etc.. were in good shape before having me spending money for the repair. The repair was $139 which was very reasonable versus buying a new washer. I was very satisfied with the service and response time (he was able to stop by in 30 minutes).
